What we collect. Your email, your payment reference from Paystack, and an encrypted copy of your gift. We never receive your card details.
Your photos, letter and voice note. They're encrypted on your phone before upload. The key lives only in the link you share, so we can't open them. Location data is removed from photos before encryption.
How long we keep it. 90 days after purchase, or until you delete it. With Keep it forever, until you delete it. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for payments.
Who we share with. Paystack (payments), our hosting and database providers, and our email provider. We never sell your data or use your photos in marketing.
Advertising measurement. Our home and checkout pages use the Meta Pixel, and when you pay we tell Meta that a purchase happened (the amount and a scrambled, one-way code made from your email) so we can measure our ads. Gift and manage pages never load it, and Meta never receives your photos, letter or gift links.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello@puzzlemybae.store.
